Stocks, Options, and Currency Advisors, Inc. (SOC Advisors) provides its registered members with a number of benefits, including access to selected articles, web casts, monthly newsletters, Market Picks and selected tools from third parties and other services (collectively, the " Membership Services"), for their individual usage, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

In consideration of SOC Advisors providing you with these Membership Services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use for Membership. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use, you may not become a member, and SOC Advisors does not consent to provide you with access to SOC Advisors' Membership Services.

If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect it is, SOC Advisors has the right to suspend or terminate your membership, and to prohibit your current or future use of the Membership Service. § You agree not to harvest or collect information about users of the Membership Services without their express consent.

FORUMS

Certain areas of this SOC Advisors.com web site available through the Member Services enable you to access online forums where you can post messages("comments") and read messages posted by other users (the"Forums"). Some of the Forums topics are selected by SOC Advisors and others are created by users. SOC Advisors does not endorse, and specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for, any content posted on the Forums, whether the topic is first selected by SOC Advisors or a user. The Forums are a free service provided to users of SOC Advisors. By posting a message in the Forums, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You agree to indemnify and hold SOC Advisors and its affiliates and their respective, officers, directors and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses or costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) that arise out of any of your postings and any material contained therein.
